Sales cancel policy

Gift a course vouchers will be full refunded if you cancel the course at least one month before course date, as we must order training materials and pay them one month before course. Othervise money is not refunded.

Gift a dive vouchers will be full refunded if you cancel your dive at least 24 hours before diving schedule. Othervise money is not refunded.

If you payed for course, and for health or some other reasons you want to cancel your course or finish it at some other diving center or other country, partial refund will be offered , based on materials and hours spend.

If you payed to agency advanced payment and cancel your dive at least 24 hours before diving time schedule, you will get full refund , othervise money is not refunded.

Diving center Venus reserves the right to cancel trips due to adverse weather conditions, rebooking, full refund will be offered upon this event.
